The Feet at the bottom of Daniel 2 'Image'!
Question: Does God’s Kingdom in Daniel 2:44 comprise the global Empire of a modern country in 2023
IMO it is talking about the “toes and feet”, at the bottom of the Image!
As the Image at that point is at the “feet”, it is comprised of the end of the divided empire of Rome.
An entity with feet of clay may appear powerful and unstoppable, but they cannot support their splendour, and will easily be knocked over. The phrase originates from the Book of Daniel in the Bible. In it, Daniel interprets a dream of King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon.
The reference to the “feet of Iron and Clay” is in the prophet Daniel, 2:32–35. The weakest part of the “Image” is the feet, because the “admixture” of clay and iron, will not support the “image”, which was slowly built on the basis of Kingship, and Domination, as seen in ancient Babylon and Rome, etc.
By the time of the feet, the toes and feet are a mix of the latter parts of the Roman Empire, which were ruled from Rome (right leg), and Constantinople (left leg).
The toes etc. have become more “Democratic”; and the turbulence which that creates by the attempts of the Countries to carry out democratic rule; is thwarted by the mass protest of the democratic lobby!
This results in weak Government, and very unstable medium to long term decision making; which is reversed every few years, and /or leads to civil war, etc.
Such weakness will result in a possible wide scale war again in the world; if the massively overgrown population does not see the danger; and /or the Lord’s Second Advent does not take place to prevent such a result!
The signs are in place, which seem to mirror what the Apostle Paul wrote about, regarding the “end age” events and the “lawless” behaviour of the population!
